Ellie Rome - @mindfulbellie - is a holistic health and weight loss coach and host of the Comfort Zone Retreats - a novel concept that combines biohacking, mindfulness, and community to help people improve their physical and mental health in numerous ways. Ellie is a returning guest and previously came on to talk about beating bingeing and feeling great in one’s own body. She was a former chemical engineer who changed her career after autoimmune thyroid, weight gain, and lots of related health issues. She dove into carnivore after 8 years of strict low carb / autoimmune paleo (AIP) and still not feeling optimal. Ellie shares phenomenal information and success stories on her Instagram, which I’ve really enjoyed.
